Nuran Foundation is a not-for-profit company with its registered office at Opp. I.T.I., Jail Road, Nasrullaganj, District Sehore – 466331, Madhya Pradesh, India. We hold registrations under Sections 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and Form CSR-1.

All payments made through this website are voluntary charitable donations. Donations are not payments for goods or services, carry no expectation of return or benefit, and are applied to our charitable objects as described in our Donation Usage Policy.

You must be 18 years or older, legally competent to contract, and donating from your own lawful funds. By donating you confirm that the funds are not proceeds of crime and that you are not acting on behalf of any sanctioned entity.

Payments are processed by RBI-authorised third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment instrument details. A payment is complete only when confirmed by the gateway; the gateway reference ID is your proof of payment.

Indian taxpayers who provide a valid PAN receive an 80G donation receipt by email. Foreign contributions are NOT accepted through this website unless and until the foundation holds valid FCRA registration.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, use stolen payment instruments, or interfere with its operation. We may refuse or reverse any transaction we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent and may report it to authorities.

All content on this website (text, logos, graphics) belongs to Nuran Foundation or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

The website is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Sehore, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-law provisions.
